Hi :) where to start? I'm a military wife and a mommy. We've been in CA for a few years now and waiting where the Navy will send us next. I created this blog to document my journey of baking. I've been dabbling in baking for awhile now, nothing fancy just cake here cupcakes there. Up until this year I finally made the decision to go through with going to baking/pastry school. I just did my first birthday hello kitty pops for a friend and they all raved about it. I'm taking baby steps to get me to eventually opening my at home business or shop of tasty treats. I came up with the name Kawaii Minis because I love the new trend going around called cake balls and i also love bite sized cupcakes. I also love the japenese kawaii things I think they are so adorable! So I combined the name kawaii and well mini cupcakes etc are a miniture version of cake , so minis lol. I hope I can keep pushing myself to learn so I can create awesome goodness. :)
